一、注册日（包括当日）前申请休退学者。 Apply for suspension or withdrawal before the registration date (inclusive). |
免缴费，已收费者，全额退费。 No payment required; full refund for those charged. |

二、 于注册日之次日起至上课（开学）日之前一日申请休、退学者。 Apply for suspension or withdraw on the following day of registration date to the day before the first day of classes. |
学费退还三分之二，杂费全部退还。 Tuition fees are refunded by two thirds and miscellaneous fees refunded in full. |
其采学分学杂费或学杂费基数核算者，退还学分费全部、学杂费基数（或学分学杂费）三分之二。 If the credit and miscellaneous fee or basic tuition fee is calculated, the full credit fee and two thirds of the basic tuition fee (or credit and miscellaneous fees) will be refunded. |

三、 于上课（开学）日（包括当日）之后而未逾学期三分之一申请休、退学者。 Apply for suspension or withdrawal from the first day of classes (inclusive) but not exceed one third of the semester. |
学费、杂费退还三分之二。 Two thirds amount of tuition and miscellaneous fees is refundable. |
其采学分学杂费或学杂费基数核算者，退还学分费、学杂费基数（或学分学杂费）各三分之二。 If the credit and miscellaneous fee or basic tuition fee is calculated, two thirds of the credit fee and two thirds of the basic tuition fee (or credit and miscellaneous fees) will be refunded. |

四、 于上课（开学）日（包括当日）之后逾学期三分之一，而未逾学期三分之二申请休、退学者。 Apply for suspension or withdrawal from the first day of classes (inclusive), exceeds one third of the semester and yet two thirds of the semester. |
学费、杂费退还三分之一。 One third amount of tuition and miscellaneous fees is refundable. |

五、 于上课（开学）日（包括当日）之后逾学期三分之二申请休、退学者。 Apply for suspension or withdrawal from study after two thirds of the semester after the first day of classes (inclusive). |

备注Remark： 一、表列注册日、上课（开学）日及学期之计算等，依各校正式公告之行事历认定之；学校未明定注册日者，以注册缴费截止日为注册日。 The calculation of the registration date, the first day of classes and semester shall be determined according to the TNU academic calendar; If the registration date is not specified, the registration fee payment deadline shall be the registration date. 二、学生申请休学或自动退学者，其休、退学时间应依学生（或家长）向学校受理单位正式提出休、退学申请之日为计算基准日；其属勒令退学者，退学时间应依学校退学通知送达之日为计算基准日。但因进行退学申复（诉）而继续留校上课者，以实际离校日为计算基准日。 For student who applies for suspension of schooling or automatic withdrawal, the date of suspension or withdrawal shall be effective based on the date when the student (or parent) formally submits the application for suspension or withdrawal to the corresponding division; for student who is ordered to withdraw from school, the base date of withdrawal shall be effective on the school's notice of withdrawal delivered date. However, for whom continues to stay in school due to the appeal application on withdrawing from school, the actual leaving school date will be calculated as the base date. 三、休(退)学之学生应于学校规定期限内完成离校手续；其有因可归责学生之因素而延宕相关程序者，以实际离校日为计算基准日。 Student who is suspended or withdrawn from school shall complete the leaving school procedures in due time specified by the school; If the relevant procedure is delayed due to factors attributable to the student, the actual leaving school date will be calculated as the base date. 四、各校不得于学校行事历所定该学期开始日前预收任何费用。 Any fees will not be charged in advance before the commencement date of the semester specified on the academic calendar. |
